How do you verify candidates?+
Every candidate goes through identity & education checks, a technical project review, and a live interview — all run by Echnotek's own ML engineers. You receive the full report as facts, never a black-box score.
How does the pricing work?+
$1,000/month for the first 6 months (grooming), then $2,000/month for a 12-month partnership. After that you can continue on Echnotek billing at an agreed rate, or convert to your payroll for a fair, pre-agreed fee. Billing starts only on successful deployment.
Whose payroll are they on?+
Trainees deploy onto your team but stay on Echnotek's payroll — you direct the work; we handle employment, payroll and statutory compliance (PF / ESI / TDS).
What if a resource isn't the right fit?+
Replace them with 1-month notice. When a replacement joins, your 6-month grooming period restarts — the risk sits with us, not you.
Can I request skills beyond Applied AI?+
